Why I Created Conscious Minds

I created Conscious Minds to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Life can leave us carrying a lot — stress, trauma, or the weight of everyday struggles — and it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves along the way.

Conscious Minds is here to give you the time and space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking for support through a difficult time, or simply needing room to breathe and take some time for you, this is a place where you don’t have to carry things alone.

Experience

Are you feeling stuck, frustrated, or unsure of your next steps? Struggling with grief, anxiety, or depression? You don’t have to face it alone.

I’m Toni (MBACP), a person-centred counsellor with experience supporting adults and young people across schools, universities, charities, and online in the UK.

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring understanding and flexibility to the way I work, offering approaches that can be adapted to different needs. I have personal experience of endometriosis, which has led me to develop a specific interest in supporting others living with this condition. If this feels relevant to you, you can read more

I also work with a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Chronic Pain

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Identity

  • Burnout

  • Challenges relating to neurodiversity

I create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, tailoring my approach to what works best for you. I’m a registered BACP member, hold a degree in Healthcare Practice, and have completed training in trauma healing and mind-body wellbeing.

How I Work

I work in a flexible, creative way, tailoring sessions to what feels right for you. This might be traditional counselling, or a combined counselling and wellbeing session using gentle practices such as mindfulness, sound therapy, or EFT — designed to fully meet your needs.

I also offer standalone wellbeing sessions for those who want support and tools for self-care, relaxation, and personal growth, without counselling.

Whatever approach we take, my focus is always on supporting you — helping you heal, grow, and rediscover balance in a way that feels nurturing, empowering, and right for you.
