Endometriosis: A Space to Feel Heard and Supported
Living with endometriosis can affect far more than your physical health — it can impact your emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and daily life. The constant cycle of pain, fatigue, and uncertainty can feel overwhelming and isolating.

I have personal experience of living with endometriosis, so I understand first-hand the toll it can take. This lived experience has given me a deep understanding and a genuine commitment to supporting others who are navigating the same challenges.

In counselling, we can explore the impact endometriosis has on your life — whether that’s processing grief and frustration, managing anxiety, finding ways to cope with pain and fatigue, or simply having a safe space where you feel heard and understood.

My approach is always person-centred, which means we focus on what matters most to you. Together, we can find strategies and perspectives that help you feel more supported, empowered, and less alone in your journey.
